The Infiltration Chambers can be installed in as little as 1 day, providing easy access for mechanical excavation, compares to an absorption pit that could take up to 6 to 8 weeks. Infiltration Chambers has revolutionized the leach/tile field market being a totally gravel less system. Its predecessor the pipe and stone system requires much material and time to install with the gravel taking up valuable underground storage space. To prevent this happening and having to repair the leaks after construction is to use PENEBAR. This is placed onto the existing concrete before the new concrete is poured horizontally and vertically if needed. When the moisture from the new concrete comes into contact with the PENEBAR, it will expand rapidly up to 200% of its size providing a water stop. WAYMAH CFR XL provides 3D reinforcement with total fiber dispersion as oppose to a single plane welded mire mesh reinforcement. This prevents the concrete from pulling apart, however, WAYMAH CFR XL prevents concrete cracking. WAYMAH CFR XL is packaged in 1 lb. bags and is dispersed in the dry mix before water is added at the rate of 1 - 2 lbs. per cubic yard of concrete, higher dosage is used for high impact concrete.
