For septic tank, the organic scum level would be reduced with the millions of bacteria eating its own body weight and multiplying event minute.
For sewage plants that requires the correct food to microorganism ratio to be in balance.
For absorption pit, the bacteria will eat all organic matter within and penetrating the first layer of the soil to rejuvenation the system by increasing the percolation rate over time. However, this is a slow process and may require up to six sets of treatments.
For lift stations, where organic matter can quickly accumulate, will help to maintain minimum organic matter that could contribute to the pumps being overwhelm and entanglement of the electronic float switches.
For grease traps/interceptors, new fats, oils and greases (FOG's) enters continuously and buildup rapidly. Since FOG's is lighter than water and floats on top if not managed or cleaned frequently, the pipe within could become clogged resulting in an overflow. The FOG's flowing through pipes slowly builds a film of FOG each time the previous cools and eventually the flow capacity of the pipes will decrease resulting in slow flowing drains and blockages. If the FOG's are not cleaned from the grease trap/interceptors, FOG's will escape and deposit on the inner pipe walls. The final destination would also have a buildup and if there is an absorption pit downstream, it will slowly clog the pores reducing percolation. When FOG's hardens its like concrete. BioOne remains the best solution to be used in all maintenance application.

Drain and sewer pipes play a crucial role in transporting wastewater through manholes to final treatment or disposal locations. In areas where vegetation is in close proximity to these pipelines, issues like broken or offset joints can lead to rapid root intrusion. The roots of nearby plants, stimulated by nutrients present in wastewater, such as phosphates and nitrates, grow quickly and can penetrate these compromised joints.
Root intrusion interferes with the normal flow of wastewater, causing restrictions and over time, leading to blockages, overflows and backups. To address this challenge, RootX is a self-foaming substance that, when mixed with water, can be poured into an upstream manhole or flushed down a toilet. As the foam travels downstream, it comes into contact with roots, effectively killing the affected portions and inhibiting new growth. Importantly, this treatment does not harm the surrounding vegetation, providing an environmentally friendly solution to root intrusion issues in wastewater systems.

Building vent stacks serve dual purposes in a drainage collection system. Firstly, they allow air into the system to facilitate the free flow of water, preventing traps from being syphoned. Secondly, they release sewer gases, which, if left unmanaged, can be unpleasant and potentially embarrassing in social or commercial settings.
To address this issue, our odour elimination filters are designed to be placed over vent stacks. These filters contain carbon that effectively scrubs sewer gases as they escape, creating a more pleasant, odour-free environment. While the filters are designed to fit 3-inch vent stacks, they can be adapted to fit any size through the use of regular PVC reducing bushings, ensuring versatility and effectiveness in managing sewer gas odours.

The traditional absorption pit system for on-site sewage disposal is often considered outdated and less efficient compared to modern alternatives like leach/tile field systems using Infiltration Chambers. While absorption pits have a smaller footprint, they require digging to greater depths of 4.5 to 7.5 meters (15 to 25 feet), with percolation primarily downward.
In contrast, Infiltration Chambers in a leach/tile field system offer a more advanced solution. With a minimal depth requirement of 1 meter (3 feet), water movement occurs not only downward but also sideways and through evapotranspiration, without any foul odours. The installation of Infiltration Chambers is expedited, taking as little as one day; with the use of mechanical excavation, a significant improvement over absorption pits that can take up to 8 weeks to install.
The revolutionary design of Infiltration Chambers eliminates the need for gravel, unlike the traditional pipe and stone system, saving time and materials. This gravel-less system optimises underground storage space, enhancing overall efficiency. Infiltration Chambers are versatile and can be utilised for stormwater management, placed under parking lots, contoured around obstructions, and used in terraced configurations on sloped areas. This modern approach has transformed the traditional leach/tile field, providing a more effective and adaptable solution for on-site sewage disposal.

PENETRON® is a surface-applied, integral crystalline waterproofing material, which waterproofs and protects concrete in-depth up to 1 meter and seals capillary, tracts and cracks in concrete up to 0.5 mm in width. It can be applied to from either the positive or negative side (inside or outside) to all structurally sound concrete new or old. It consists of Portland cement, specially treated quartz sand and a compound of active chemicals. PENETRON® needs only to be mixed with water prior to application.
When PENETRON® is applied to a concrete surface, the active chemicals react with moisture and the by-products of cement hydration to cause a catalytic reaction that generates an insoluble, crystalline structure. These crystals fill the pores and minor shrinkage cracks in the concrete to prevent any further water ingress (even under pressure). Even after the concrete has cured, PENETRON® remains dormant in the concrete and will reactivate in the presence of moisture to seal capillary tracts and hairline cracks.
In addition to waterproofing the structure, PENETRON® protects the embedded reinforcing steel, along with the concrete against sea- water, wastewater, aggressive groundwater and many other aggressive chemical solutions, resisting constant chemical attack of ph3-11. PENETRON® is approved for use in contact with potable water and is therefore suitable for use in water storage tanks, reservoirs, water treatment plants, etc.
Used: Concrete slabs (roofs, balcony, floors, etc.), water retaining structures (water tanks, reservoirs, swimming pools, canals, etc.), sewage and water treatment plants, foundations, basement retaining walls, parking garages.

PENETRON ADMIX® is a non-toxic, 3rd generation integral crystalline waterproofing admixture in powder form that is added to the concrete mix at the time of batching. Once incorporated into the concrete, it permanently reduces permeability by self-healing microcracks, pores and capillaries, effectively safeguarding the structure against water penetration and deterioration, even under high hydrostatic pressure. This admixture provides projects with durable and waterproof concrete that can self-heal and seal cracks that may develop over the concrete’s lifespan.
PENETRON ADMIX® should be used for roofs, tanks, pools, basements, elevator shafts, coastline and waterlogged areas to ensure that the concrete is waterproof from the outset, eliminating the need for additional membranes or vapour barriers in all concrete structures. Unlike systems with puncture-prone membranes, PENETRON ADMIX® offers long-lasting protection without a predefined lifespan.
PENETRON ADMIX®'s various active, proprietary chemicals react with the moisture in fresh concrete and with the by-products of cement hydration to cause a catalytic reaction generating a non-soluble crystalline formation throughout the pores and capillary tracts of the concrete. This causes the concrete to becomes permanently sealed against the penetration of water or liquids from any direction. Even after the concrete has cured, PENETRON ADMIX® remains dormant in the concrete and will reactivate in the presence of moisture to seal capillary tracts and hairline cracks. The concrete is also protected from deterioration due to harsh environmental conditions. Concrete containing PENETRON ADMIX® may develop higher ultimate strengths than plain concrete. This innovative solution offers a reliable and long-lasting method for ensuring the waterproof integrity of concrete structures in various applications. Fugitive neon green dye.

PENECRETE MORTAR™, a non-shrink cementitious waterproofing product, serves the purpose of filling non-moving cracks and construction joints, form-tie holes, routed out cracks, spalled and honeycombed areas of concrete to provide protection against water ingress. Comprised of Portland cement, specially treated quartz sand and various active proprietary chemicals, this mortar is an effective solution for addressing areas that require waterproofing. The active chemicals react with moisture and the by-products of cement hydration to cause a catalytic reaction, which generates an insoluble integral crystalline complex. These crystalline complexes grow in the presence of water and block the capillaries of the concrete and minor shrinkage cracks, thus waterproofing the concrete.
Used: Concrete slabs (roofs, balcony, floors, etc.), water retaining structures (water tanks, reservoirs, swimming pools, canals, etc.), sewage and water treatment plants, foundations, basement retaining walls, parking garages.
To apply PENECRETE MORTAR™, the designated areas must first be routed open at dimensions of ½ inch wide by ¾ inch in depth, followed by a thorough cleaning of the area. It is used in conjunction with PENETRON®, which is used to create a slurry that is then painted into the routed spaces. Subsequently, PENECRETE MORTAR™ is mixed with water to a consistency similar to playdough and is tightly packed into the routed spaces, finished off with a putty knife or trowel used to strike the surface level.
Available in 50 lb bags, PENECRETE MORTAR™ has an application rate of approximately 50 running feet of routed out area. This product provides a reliable solution for waterproofing and repairing damaged concrete structures.

To address the potential for leaks in joints when new concrete is poured onto existing concrete, especially in areas like roof extensions, water tanks or pools, PENEBAR provides an effective solution. PENEBAR is applied onto the existing concrete before pouring the new concrete horizontally and vertically, if necessary. When the moisture from the new concrete comes into contact with PENEBAR, it rapidly expands, up to 200% of its size, creating a reliable water stop.
This expansion and sealing action of PENEBAR helps prevent leaks in joints where it is challenging to ensure proper bonding and avoid hairline gaps. Additionally, PENEBAR is suitable for use around pipes penetrating concrete, such as those going through roofs, water tanks, swimming pools and manholes.
Packaged in coils of 16.5 ft, with 6 coils per box, PENEBAR offers a convenient and effective solution for enhancing the waterproofing integrity of joints in concrete structures during construction

Fiber reinforcement has a long history, dating back thousands of years when straws were used with mud to create a composite material, enhancing toughness. In the modern era, WAYMAH CRF XL serves as a cutting-edge secondary reinforcement for concrete, replacing traditional welded wire fabric mesh.
WAYMAH CRF XL offers 3D reinforcement with total fiber dispersion, contrasting with the single-plane reinforcement of welded wire mesh. This advanced reinforcement not only prevents concrete from pulling apart but also significantly reduces the likelihood of concrete cracking. The matrix of WAYMAH CRF XL provides better crack resistance and improved post-cracking response.
Packaged in 1 lb bags, WAYMAH CRF XL is dispersed in the dry mix before water is added, typically at a rate of 1 to 2 lbs per cubic yard of concrete. Higher dosages may be used for high-impact concrete applications. It is important to note that while WAYMAH CRF XL provides excellent reinforcement, cutting through concrete where it is used can be challenging. If this is a concern, inquire about the pig test for additional information.
